New Contemporary Home Designed by Architect David Hertz, FAIA

This new custom contemporary San Diego home was designed by architect David Hertz FAIA (Studio of Environmental Architecture) and will be completed in Spring 2012.  The  interior and landscape design is by Marmol Radzinger.  Energy efficient living spaces and a harmonious composition of textures are beautifully combined in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home.  Capture panoramic views of the ocean,city lights and Seaworld fireworks through glass walls that cover 65% of the home.   The modern home comes with Brazilian IPE hardwood floors, an open floor plan and an infinity lap pool.  The new home is being built by McGuiness Construction which is a is a San Diego based, residential, custom home construction company.
